Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and in the original packing.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 21 days from the day you receive the goods for a refund or exchange.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All Sale / Discounted Items, Limited Edition or Finds are FINAL SALE.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
Some companies build in return fees into their prices but we don't, so no one is paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of return for refund, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost supported by Angry Lane (i.e. Free Shipping cost supported by Angry Lane) from refund.
Please make sure you order the correct size by checking the size chart for each product. If you are not sure about the size you should order, please feel free to contact us at info@angrylane.com and ask any question you may have, we will help you.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Go to our Returns Center and follow the instructions. Easy!
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 business days.
CAN I EXCHANGE?
Yes, you can exchange for the same item in a different size, or you can exchange for another item if you are not fully satisfied with the previous item. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the new item.
RETURN ADDRESSES
All returns and exchanges must be sent by tracked courier as Angry Lane cannot be held for lost package.
