Custom seat

Making a custom seat by hand is always an exciting time, so when the big brand is asking you to do a live demonstration at the launch of their new shop, you can't say no. And it has been one of the best custom seats we've done! After a quick drawing and the choice for the pan base, it was decided to make a 2 tons seat inspired by the early racing times of the brand. Made with 2 layers of 1.2mm for the center part and 2.2mm for the main base and the backing, we've chosen high-quality veg tan leather from our local Japanese skin importer. All embossed and hand-stiched, this seat received about 18h to 20h of work from the pattern, cutting, dyeing, embossing, stitching and the final protective cream and rubbing...
